A historic estate fifteen miles south of Edinburgh, set within a partly rewilded designed landscape of woodland, river and the romantic ruined shell of the original Palladian mansion. Ceremonies by the water's edge beneath ancient trees, drinks in the light-filled Glass Orangery and receptions in Penicuik House itself, with on-site cottages and houses sleeping the whole party. Particularly suited to couples wanting outdoor ceremonies, a strong sense of place and a multi-day celebration.
