The opulent Ballroom — gilded ceilings, ornate plasterwork and a working stage — takes 170 seated, while the more intimate Speakeasy and Carte Blanche rooms suit smaller gatherings of 80. Civil-licensed throughout, with a kitchen that's been a respected name in Edinburgh for years.
