About The Georgian House

Designed by Robert Adam at the height of his career and cared for by the National Trust for Scotland, The Georgian House is one of the New Town's most significant and beautiful buildings. The first-floor Drawing Room — surrounded by period paintings and overlooking the private Charlotte Square Gardens — provides an intimate and beautifully proportioned setting for ceremonies and receptions of up to 50 guests. A genuinely rare and special city-centre venue.

The Georgian House is a historic and intimate wedding venue in New Town. It accommodates up to 50 guests for daytime ceremonies and 50 for evening receptions. Facilities include licensed for civil ceremonies and exclusive hire.
