A working organic herb nursery at the foot of the Pentlands, with two huge polytunnel-style glasshouses transformed into one of Edinburgh's most-photographed wedding venues. Long communal tables run between citrus trees, dried-flower installations and herb beds, with their own gin distillery on site. Best suited to couples after a relaxed, plant-filled, foodie celebration that feels nothing like indoors.
